Was not ideal, for a £58,000 brand new car you expect a certain level of organisation and customer experience. From the outset being asked would you like a coffee ? Go over their and get it yourself to the handover and being called afterwards to pay.

Since I have had my egr replaced, the service I feel I have had is poor. I was told I could a taxi refund whilst my car is in for the work, however I still I have not received a responce and my advisor told me they don't deal with it and can't help.

due to this miscommunication the fault I was complaining about was not investigated and I was advised that I had sent the computer incorrectly. I explained again the issue that it was actually a fault which eventually was fixed.

Williams Trafford is better tham Williams Bolton . I had cars serviced at Bolton Williams for over 30 years but really bad now.Trafford Williams better but on this occasion let me down as car overran service by 2 hours so causing me to miss a meeting

Again i drop my car at 10am for a wait appointment i get told 3hours not the 2 hours initially stated. I come back at 1.15pm and still never got my car until 2.40pm after me 3 times saying i was going to be late getting my daughter from school.

Sadly a very poor performance. Initial phone conversation where I authorised the cost of the tyre repair, I further requested a new tyre foam. When I went to collect the vehicle. It was forgotten and none were available to purchase. Poor.

Drop off and pick up were seamless. I let the advisor know I had an appointment at 4 so would struggle to get back before final pick up if my car was not available sooner. I was able to collect my car at lunchtime so did not have to rush back.

Feel that the MOT was rushed and advisories given this year as it could not be seen that I had the bushes replaced at Williams BMW but I can prove they are Genuine BMW parts fitted by an independent BMW garage.

Max and the team were happy to look at the full picture, not just what the computer was reporting on its alarms. There was a lot of work, road test after the work, then work on it again. They just did what they had to do to get me back on the road.

Service was delayed by a garage problem and the agent advised that a 10% discount would be applied. When collecting the vehicle from a different agent, he knew nothing of this and did not apply a discount. I am not concerned but it is not a good look

Time taken. Plus mentioned that I had 2 new tyres fitted which weren't being recognised. They configured them to the computer but didn't bother to correct the tyre pressures which were out on all 4 wheels and part of the MOT. Had to then do it myself

1 fault took a month to resolve through multiple attempts. 1. My original booking was deprioritised and therefore rescheduled 2. The rescheduled visit was incorrectly setup causing me waste the entire visit. (And you of course) 3. Resolved in 2 hrs

The service advisor was great and very helpful. However the car still has the same fault as it went in for 73 plate leaking water from the sunroof I don't expect to be getting rain water dripped on me while driving around in a brand new car.

I just asked about a cranky noise while I turned a certain way and was told in order to investigate it would be £200 just to check it out. Appalling considering the value and age of the car and just checking is free more or less everywhere else.

Fire alarm was an alarming starting to the morning but not anyone's fault. Lack of courtesy car was disappointing. I Didn't receive a printed copy of vehicle health check. I liked the video walk around service.

The service recieved during the recall was amazing. BUT the service recieved from Karen was extremely poor. The advice she gave me when i called up regarding my EGR, could have resulted in me losing my car, and possible injury to myself.

The front of house team were good and assisted me with a courtsey car when there was an delay in sourcing the replacement part. However, they were unable to advise me on why a further recall would be needed. I also did not receive a car health check.
