My car was in for an oil service and MOT, I needed rear brake pads replacing at an extra cost obviously and also £120 charge to inspect a fault on my screen washers for it to actually pass it's MOT so I didn't get my car back the same day as promised

I felt that my welcome by Lamesha (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly) was very cold, she seemed disinterested and left me feeling slightly upset that I had left my car with her. Joe was lovely and explained things thoroughly.

This time I'm not happy as I brought my car in to do brakes and pads then I was told I don't need them changed then I went through my warranty and paid £156 for diagnostic check then I was told brakes and pads need replacing but I've got issues

I cant give a completely satisfied as I believe the issue with the Battery cable and battery should have been recognised earlier when the amp was replaced and then the MOT, aircon service wheel swap done. Poor communication and resolution, costly !!!

Unfortunately i got charged for a battery in my car key which was a display key and they assured me the battery had been swapped but it was clearly the wrong battery so they haven't refunded for that battery as yet

Awful service at Williams. Poor customer service. Wouldn't listen to me as the customer and were not willing to help find a solution to the problem I had. The initial advisor was I think called Gavin. Poor individual. I'm still waiting for my refund

Paid for tyre sensor to be replaced, then another, then asked to pay for a third. (Other garage immediately said it's obviously not the tyre sensors that are faulty and it's the antenna the sensors are hooked up to).
