We were updated regularly with the progress of our new build car and the day of collection was made extra special with the thoughtful flowers and Williams bear, and then the final reveal was very dramatic and impactful.

I would rate BMW cars a 9/10 but Williams Manchester 1 star. I am so shocked at lack of knowledge to be able to fix my car window - it's alarming! I lm starting to think they don't care to properly fix it because it's under warranty/for free.

Someone decided to pull my dash cam and it's mount completely off the window rather than removing the camera (which attaches magnetically), which was a bit of a faff to get back on

I believe that a five hour window for such a small check is to long. I only live in Davyhulme but it's a couple of miles to walk home at 11.00 and return at 1600 is quite a distance when it's raining.

The CS representative (Pav) and wider team was very nice/helpful, including the offer of a drink I was expecting not having the car for a day as per advice, but it became 1.5 days, also my app is still showing some work incomplete, hence not 5 stars

Would have been completely satisfied had a courtesy car been an option to cover the inconvenience of not having my vehicle. Something I'm sure would have been offered if I'd purchased a new vehicle through the dealership and was in for service.
