The car was prepped and ready, The big reveal was quite spectacular and we received some surprise gifts. it all made us feel rather special. very welcoming personnel, coffee was offered immediately. Michelle Kelly went through everything v patiently.

Williams service was poor - firstly customer blamed for issues. Replacement car declined until customer raised issue with UK BMW customer service. Almost impossible to contact Williams service - calls not answered and email response is delayed.

Went in for service due to Recall. Tried to contact the William's branch through BMW website which inform me that the branch will give me a call. However that call never happened and only received a call back after about 1 year.
